Compute One has repaired one computer and recycled one computer for me. They are so easy to work with and so friendly. I call ahead for an appointment to come in. I never have to wait, and I'm in and out quickly and easily.
Compute One is an amazing tech repair shop! They work in timely matters and always do their best to keep you, the customer, updated! Their prices are very fair! They are always willing to help no matter the challenge and for that I’m giving them five stars. I have used their service I’d say 5 times in the past year and they always do a great job! The best. They built me a new PC very affordable for what I was needing with plenty of options for later if I needed or wanted upgrades. Extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Even checked back in with me after a few days to see if everything was still going good. Logan was the best. Thank you guys so much.
This was the first time we went to Compute One and we actually used them twice in one month. The service is professional and prompt. Jamie and the techs communicated, as needed, and tried multiple things to help us. We were pleasantly surprised when the issues were resolved by them so quickly. Money well spent. I have been working with Chase and his team for several months now, prior to meeting him, I found myself frustrated with the day to day challenges of the “Tech World” we live in today; since I have been working with Chase and his team, I have a whole lot less stress and worries, now I do know that when a problem arises, I can work with a true PROFESSIONAL and EXPERT to handle the situation whatever it may be, he is always receptive and responsive, one time I was working on a holiday and he was able to help me figure out the issue remotely so I could get back to work. His fees are very reasonable for the services provided, they are honest and...
