I got hacked on my work computer, and I had lots of files that I really needed to recover. I brought my computer in to Compucom, and Henry had it fixed and running in no time at all, at a very reasonable price. I've been doing business at Compucom for over 20 years, and I have recommended them to several friends.
Forgot to write a review though this happened months ago, but I remembered for some reason to do it! The man who works this store is VERY generous and friendly! When I shattered the glass on my laptop screen, he put in an order for a new one, but got the wrong size twice from the same company (one too small, and one too big) which delayed me getting my laptop back a bit. It wasn't even long enough to bother me all that much aside from a little annoyance, but when I got there after he was finished putting the new screen in after finally getting the right screen size, he even refunded some of my money because he felt bad I had to wait longer th... My computer stopped working shortly after my daughter passed away and it had many photos and memories on it of her that I would have lost. The gentleman who helped me was so kind and not only was he able to back up and restore my memories, but remedied the main computer issue and some other minor ones I didn’t even know about that would make my computer work better. He took the time to explain everything he did, why, and then gave me advice on ways to protect my memories and data for future. So grateful! Will definitely return for any other tech support needs! Reasonable pricing and worth every penny!
