Mark is an example of amazing professional businessman that went above and beyond when NOBODY else in the valley would help at all. He was busy when I called but immediately walked me through some troubleshooting to see if that would work, witch is amazing in itself. When troubleshooting didn't workout he called me as soon as he could within hours, took my work computers and had me back in business same day. Pricing was amazing. Super nice owner. Very personable, but at the same time very good at his job. He was the only computer repair shop open on a Saturday. Dropped off my gaming pc around 1pm, called me later that night 15 minutes till 8 to tell me my computer was fixed and ready for pick up. Definitely would recommend!
