Extremely knowledgeable with respect to tech, place a great emphasis on customer service and try to explain the rationale behind each transaction. Over the past 4 years I’ve primarily frequented the Clackamas location, but I consistently have a great experience. There is a bit of a wait, but it’s worth it from my perspective. Extremely kind people

Amazing! Broke my only laptop and went to 3 different places to get it repaired. They were the only ones who could do it same day and the price was significantly less than everywhere else I went.
