Complete Home Repair

Chad works hard and is dependable. His prices are reasonable and fair. We have had him do 2 different projects. One was hardwood floors and the other was install exterior French doors. With both projects there were issues found during demo Chad know what to do to fix the problem and took care of the issues. We plan to use him again.

Chad came daily even on weekends to work on our project we needed a bathroom and neighboring closet demoed and made into a small room with its own door he did a great job! He very reliable and hardworking and very affordable in comparison to other company’s! We will definitely hire him again in the future!

Chad really helped us out. He did some long needed repair repairs on the soffits and took care of a number of other areas before doing the exterior painting. Despite challenges from the weather, and the fact that he was mostly working alone, he completed the work in a reasonable amount of time, and did a thorough job. As shown in the photos, the house looks great! Our plan is to move away from Saint Joseph in the spring, but thanks to Chad’s work, we are tempted to stay here! We highly recommend Chad for any home repair or painting!

We hired Chad for a job of remodeling our basement shower. We ran into multiple unexpected issues and he was so honest and helpful! He took the time to do the job right and made sure that we understood the process. His quote was reasonable and very detailed. He did such a great job that we had him do another tile project in another bathroom. He was kind and respectful. We felt very comfortable with him in our home (even if we were not there). He even brought treats for our dog. We couldn’t be happier with the finished projects! We highly recommend!
