What a great experience I had with Mike from Complete Chimney. He was such a nice person, very polite and extremely tidy. My chimney needed a cleaning really bad. My pellet stove is now burning cleaner, hotter and more efficient. I would highly recommend!
I recently hired Complete Chimney Service to rebuild a stainless steel Class A chimney system for my hand-fired coal stove, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Mike was prompt, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. Communication was excellent; he returned my calls quickly and provided a great price for the work. He answered all of my questions and didn't mind me observing the work he and his crew were doing inside and outside of the house. What impressed me most was the comprehensive service: not only did he install the chimney, but also handled the carpentry and shingle work on the roof, ensuring everything was sealed and secure and the fine... We recently had our both of our wood stoves chimney’s cleaned and Mike did a great job. He was knowledgeable, helpful, prompt, personable and professional. He was very thorough in his inspection of our chimneys giving us peace of mind for the winter! Definitely recommend.
