David was incredibly helpful, informative, and patient in assisting me with my Lenovo PC laptop problems. He was quickly available and willing to work on figuring out the issues, and he offered useful cautions and advice on the phone prior to meeting and several ideas on fixes, depending on what his diagnostic evaluation found
Wonderful customer service. Very friendly staff, willing to listen to what you need without the attitude of the customer being wrong. Was able to find an obscure part for a computer upgrade locally. 10/10 would go again!!!
Great service, quick, and knowledgeable. This guy is a guru when it comes to this stuff. We were having trouble with a PC SSD installation/ factory resetting, and he knew every reason of what was going on and how to fix it. Great guy, would definitely recommend.
Five stars really isn’t enough…David was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable! We bought a computer from Amazon that we thought was from the HP store that in the “fine print” actually was a third party seller who (without disclosing) had modified the computer. The computer ended up essentially crashing. We tried to do a factory reset twice and it wouldn’t reset and we couldn’t get our information off of it so we could return it. HP wouldn’t help since the computer had been modified. After several stressful hours trying to figure out what to do we called David at Comoputers. He was kind and patient as he listened to everything we had gone through. He also had other options for us to think about, not only did he wipe our data and did a factory reset but also listened to our needs and fixed us up with a computer that has everything we need! We were so relieved and David took very good care of us. Again his kindness, patience, and knowledge were so appreciated! It’s hard to find service like that in these days and times but you can with David and Comoputers!
