*Update* My husband received a call about the estimate 5 minutes after I left. Not sure why he wouldn’t have just given it to me while I was standing there. I hate to give a bad review but don’t know what else to do. Our mower has been there a month and we can’t get a call back. I stopped in today and was rudely told the mower was “looked at” but he needs to write up an estimate and get our approval. I asked when we would get the estimate and his response was “I don’t know. I’m very busy”. We haven’t gotten any calls back so I’m not hopeful, and feel we have been targeted for some reason since so many others have had good experiences.... Read full review

Worth the 25-mile drive based on Matt’s kind greeting and flexibility when I called after my mower broke the other day! He communicated confidence and customer care. He looked at my mower, changed the filter, and got me up and running so I could cut my grass later that day. Matt also gave me longer-term recommendations. Quick trust-building and worth another country drive, if needed. Thanks, Matt.

Matt and Corey exemplify how a small, community focused business should be run. They are both extremely knowledgeable and are willing to take the time to fully research an issue and further to fully explain what's going on. Fees for their service are very reasonable as well as the turn around time to get your equipment back to you. I very highly recommend these guys.

Shop is clean and organized but so far after my $800+ bill not one issue had been resolved well except the new blades that where new so… I mention the brake did not hold to where I was assured that they put it on a hill and it held for 20+ mins but clearly it tries to roll on top of you on a flat level surface the seat I mentioned didn’t work was supposedly too tight and now my pins no longer hold the seat up every time you turn on the pto for the blades to engage the belt pops off (due to the loose pulley) that was missed along with the bad tensioner.
