Several years ago, I had a large skylight (4'x10') replaced by Skylight Specialists. The installation was well done and there had been no issues. Recently, however, I noticed that the caulking on the skylight was cracking and peeling, so sent them a few pictures of the problem. Skylight Specialists responded promptly, stripped out the old caulking, and replaced it with new caulking.
