The whole process was so easy from start to finish. The dispatcher was nice, helpful and then the tech arrived - very knowledgable, very hard working. Will use them again in the future....I hope nothing will get broken anytime soon though :)
These people are absolute criminals! I had them come to repair a beer cooler at my bar. Charged me $1200.00 up front, a week later it’s still not working and they want another $1200.00. Telling me it’s a different part now that needs replacing. My other cooler also went out and wanted $4200.00 to fix it. I once again paid upfront only to have them yell at my bartender that she was in their way. They expected me to close so they wouldn’t be bothered by staff or customers. I only used them because I was desperate. But the work they’ve done was incorrect and still didn’t fix the coolers. Just had a different company come out and finally fixed ev... They looked at my walk in cooler which I was originally told by this company had to be completely redone. My new repair company showed me that the condenser was just dirty. Mostly needed a good cleaning. It’s now working perfectly. The only person that speaks some English there is the receptionist. Both technicians they sent were rude and dishonest. Please do yourself a favor and avoid these criminals!
I booked an appointment online on a holiday, assuming I wouldn't hear back until the following Tuesday. They emailed and called immediately to confirm the appointment. The guys came on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. They were great! I will continue to use Commercial Appliance for my business coolers. Thank you!
My family business almost took a hit if it was not for these guys. The freezer just stopped freezing even it was turned on, and we almost ended up throwing away all the perishables. But a representative from the company came an hour after I called them, and got it fixed in another hour. Great service.
This father & son team is absolutely amazing! Super responsive!! They actually know how to troubleshoot and fix components instead of recommending a full replacement. They've worked on our oven, multiple freezers, and our refrigerated display cases. I will always call this team when something isn't working right. And I will wait for them to have availability then to call the next company on the list. They explain what went wrong without over explaining, explain the fix, and explain the cost and timing. Can't recommend them enough!!!
