Being able to come up with a workable solution other than my the company that I had been using! Mike got the needed parts and installed them on this one service call. Mike sold me on Comfort Plus Service for future twice a year service on my Carrier Infinity Hybrid Heat Pump HVAC and gas backup furnace. We were very happy with the service we received from Brendan, Chris and the install team at Comfort Plus Services. They were super responsive in rescuing us from a broken furnace situation during an extreme cold snap and ice/snow storm. The cost of the replacement furnace was over $7K, which hurt, but seems to be the going rate. We really liked the team's courteous and professional approach. Highly recommend!

We had Brendan come to the house as we needed to replace our HVAC system. He was prompt and the meeting went well. We contracted with Comfort Plus to install a new system, as our old one died after getting a quote for the replacement system. They were able to get to scheduled us a few days which was wonderful. The install day went great, we thought , but after the team left we were getting a loud noise from the outside unit. I call Comfort Plus and was pleasantly surprised as they told me she would have Technician to my house in less than a hour, which I thought was awesome. They installed a much cheaper one and did not inform me. When I reached out to the company about this I was told that the did order the correct one but were sent the lower cost one. I think some one should have verified the parts list and informed me that the wrong one was sent and installed. If I had not noticed the incorrect one I would have had been stuck paying more for the cheaper unit. Over all it was a good experience and I would recommend using them.
