Comfort Heating and Cooling

Our insurance company recommended this place to fix a leaking pvc pipe above our shower in the basement. The plumber Troy Bakker inspected the pipe then went to his truck to call then insurance company to get us approved. He said the insurance company denied us because the pipe was installed incorrectly. We called the insurance company and they said Troy Bakker told them that the pipe was installed incorrectly. Do not do business with this company. I feel as though the guy didn't want to do the work and still get paid the $75 fee just to come out to inspect.

Troy did an excellent job from start to finish with diagnosing and fixing our AC when it wouldn’t turn on. I was able to reach him immediately with a phone call and he arrived at our home within a couple hours. He thoroughly examined our thermostat wiring and the machinery in our utility closet (and was also ready to climb thirty feet to the AC unit on the roof if needed) to determine that the fault lay with the thermostat itself. He had a new thermostat ready in his truck and installed it within minutes.
