Brad, the owner of Columbus Fence Co and New Leaf Construction is great to work with. I would absolutely recommend him! We had an inground pool installed and the pool electrician made a lot of mistakes and then disappeared. Brad carefully investigated the original electrician's work and made all necessary repairs. He was incredibly proactive (reached out to all necessary vendors) and took 100% accountability to fix a project that wasn’t his. There’s a lot of risk digging around pool water pipes. I had a free estimate scheduled, and no one ever showed up or even called to cancel. I called and left a voicemail, and the owner called me back and said they blew a tire and he was sick? So he rescheduled me for today, and again no call/ no show. I understand that things happen, but not even a call to cancel is super unprofessional…especially when it happens TWICE!

Requested a consultation and quote; they responded quickly and had someone come out within a couple days. That seems to be the extent of their services because I never received a quote as discussed and they’ve provided no updates since the consultation. Tried to call again several times to follow up and nobody answers the phone and their voicemail box is full… Guess they have enough customers so I wouldn’t recommend bothering them with any more work.

I can’t say enough good things about Brad and his team. They were extremely professional, very communicative, and worked diligently. All at a very fair price. Most importantly, Brad was honest and transparent throughout the entire project, and his team did not cut any corners on the work. I would absolutely recommend Brad and Columbus Fence Co/New Leaf Construction to my family and friends.

We spent a lot of time looking for a contractor that we could trust to refurbish our wooden deck. After several disappointments we came across Brad, the owner of Columbus Fence Co (CFC) and we are so glad we did. The best way to summarize our experience with CFC with with a question for Google; "How do I give them 7 or 8 stars out of 5 when the limit is 5 ?" From beginning to end it was a great experience.
