We recently replaced our dishwasher and had a great experience with Cohen’s. Mark was friendly and knowledgeable, helping us pick the right model over the phone. Delivery was right on time, and Reuben handled the installation and haul-away quickly and professionally. Everyone we dealt with was polite and helpful. Highly recommend Cohen’s for any appliance needs—great to work with local experts who truly care about customer service.
We purchased a TV from Cohens in 2024. Mark McCoy, our sales man was helpful and knowledgable about the product and what would be needed for the installation. He has also been helpful when we had questions after the installation. Michael Jacks went above and beyond in the delivery, installation, and set-up; and made sure that we knew how to operate everything before he left.
My whole experience was 5 stars. Starting with the attention I received when inquiring about buying a washer & dryer...then my delivery - I can't even say enough words about my delivery... TOP NOTCH!!! My delivery guys were absolutely outstanding. Polite, Respectful, & Knowledgeable about the products they were delivering. 10/10 recommend for all your appliance/furniture needs
