Cobra Deck and Concrete Restoration

Bought our house and went 7 years without ever treating the deck. Reached out to Cobra and Chris came by and walked me through the best options to maintain our deck. Rather than trying to sell me on options that would benefit the company, he was honest about the positive condition of the deck. I ended up having them soft wash it and was very pleased with their work. Overall, extremely knowledgeable and from the very beginning of working with them, it was evident that they put the customer first. Highly recommend these guys. I’ll be using them again.

One year in….. My husband reviewed Cobra last year, primarily regarding the (not) stabilizing sand and the oh-my-gosh-what-a-mess in our pool. Note: there was no hurricane, as mentioned in Cobra’s response, just a sandy mess. So now a year and a couple of weeks later, the sand between the pavers is MIA. Instead, we have green moss and wide gaps and weeds and in some joints cute little flowers. 🌸 We like flowers, we really do. We prefer them in pots ON our deck, not growing between pavers IN the deck. The poly sand from initial deck build lasted more than a half dozen years before we saw evidence of failure. We asked Chris (owner) to come to our home to advise us on refinishing our concrete carport and breezeway. He was prompt, friendly, and answered all of our questions. I am writing this review because Chris actually advised us to go in a different direction, though it meant he would not get the work. You don't find contractors that honest all that often, and I wanted folks to know. I highly recommend reaching out to Chris and his team if you need their services.

Cobra did and amazing job with my large deck addition to ensure my wood was naturally stained and protected. It’s been about a year and the stain has been super successful through the elements. Can’t wait to use them for a reseal down the road. If you want to protect your home, definitely reach out to them as they were super easy to get a quote and the job completed. Great crew of people.
