Coastal Lumber installed a beautiful redwood fence in my yard. The entire process including estimation, layout and installation was efficient and on time. I appreciated their professionalism as we reviewed gate and trim options and could not be happier with the qualityof materials and workmanship on my project.

This is by far the most frustrating company I’ve dealt with. Once they do their work, they don't want to do the final walk through with you. The demand payments and bully their customers. Their lack of availability to collect payments or schedule a final walkthrough is completely unacceptable. Customers can’t just take time off work to pay you and meet you at your convivence, i.e. Mon-Friday 10-2pm. Then, they change their face completely and threaten to charge interest and hand to collection service. Horrible!!! Be very careful what you're getting yourself into. They're very fake and irresponsible. I will file a complaint with the BBB. You seriously need to improve their work.

Poor customer service. Been waiting almost a month for estimates on a custom pergola, picket fence, and arbor. Reached out to the estimator twice and still no estimate. Very disappointing!
