I am a new customer of Coastal Enginuity and have had a great experience. In May they gave my 5 year old Craftsman a much needed servicing, along with a new blade. They had it running like a kitten! They picked up and dropped off, and did fine work at a fair price.
A couple months later I had a problem with the mower - the fuel system somehow got dirty and the motor would sputter out. Ric and his team took care of me quickly and, because it wasn't clear how or why the fuel system was contaminated so soon after the tuneup, they cleaned it again at no charge. So happy I found Coastal Enginuity! My snowblower was not starting and they came right away, picked it up, gave me recommendations on what needed to be fixed and I had it back within two weeks - just in time for the first snow fall. Price was reasonable, excellent customer service, and my blower works great. Called other places first and they told me 8 weeks before they would even LOOK at it. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future!
