It was a large project at our beach house…daunting might be a better term. We needed professionals to remove most of the grass (weeds), old flagstone borders that my husband and I built almost a decade ago, and put in new modern Corten Steel Edging, new sod for the front and make a myriad of steel-edged garden plots in the back. Luckily we found Rich at Coastal Edge who allowed us to realize our vision and all-the-while keep it within our budget. Brandon oversaw the project onsite with his trusted foreman Rogelio and “his guys.” And these guys were AWESOME! (The metal work/edging is insane… so above and beyond). They worked in below... They worked in below zero temps, wind, and took on really tough projects in this yard but were always so pleasant and considerate. I stayed on site in case of any questions, and being the typical homeowner, I probably interrupted their morning planning more than they wanted but they all were so gracious…they listened to what I was thinking, and I’ll be honest, they had a lot of great ideas themselves on getting the right aesthetics. Group effort! Brandon’s mix of clam shell and gravel is gorgeous and just what we wanted for our little paths through the gardens. Topped off with a few hardscape areas in the pathways and in front of our shed and outdoor shower with Pennsylvania blue stone. (You can pick most any type of stone, gravel and clam shell at the nearby Shelby Shells, Sand and Stone!). Jim came with his irrigation folks and plumber and installed an amazing irrigation system. He walked the site with me and we came up with an irrigation plan that is perfect…and a WiFi system that will allow us to change the program from California where we currently reside…the system senses rain and rain-delays itself! (Very excited about this feature). They also provide a program to care and maintain your irrigation system. Yay! The project is finished. It’s gorgeous. We can’t wait for spring to get things planted and gardens designed! Our little oasis is all due to these amazing craftsman. I would fully recommend this company w Rich, Brandon and Jim at the helm. They provide great quality work in a timely manner and they standby their workmanship. They have skills and abilities with water features, lighting etc that we couldn’t take advantage of right now but we will be sure to tap into it when we can. Thanks Guys!!!!! 🌺💕♥️
