Hired them to install a chimney liner. It was professionally installed when they said it would be done, at the agreed upon price.

Hired Nick for winter snow removal. His guys don’t communicate with him, he gets confused. We caught Covid and needed to be plowed out for oil delivery today, when I called to see when he’s coming he said HE IS NOT, because last time his guy came (at noon, for 3” of snow) we were already almost done shoveling out ourselves. He wasn’t even going to call and let us know, just dropped us mid-winter and waited until we needed him and called him to tell us. What a gem.

CNS did some chimney work for me & that was fine. I called next season for a chimney clean (which he told me would happen automatically as I was on his list), no call & no cleaning. I tried again this spring, no answer. A few weeks later got a call saying they would come out & clean my chimney. No call & no show. Get someone else, unreliable.
