We picked up this beautiful washer and dryer stackable set and found out the hard way that the heating element and sensor is the dryer took a dump on us... My wife found this guy on Facebook and we decided to give him a shot! Needless to say we were VERY satisfied with how fast he took the dryer apart, diagnosed the problems, and reassembled the unit all within an hour!

Clarence came to replace a roller that broke off inside our dryer. He was fast and efficient and really nice. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a dryer (or any appliance) repaired!

My advice, call a professional that knows what they are doing. 2 thumbs down for the service done on 2/13/2026. What started as water spraying from the machine ended with me having to buy a new washer after waiting a week on the replacement part that assured it would fix this issue. As for the appointment for the replacement, I waited on was for 3:00 and he didn't show up till 4:30. I had to message him to see if he is coming to complete the job. Unsatisfactory work and do not recommend. The only thing that was resolved was at the water stopped spraying and I could have done that myself by turning off the main.
