Repaired an inherited, not working cuckoo clock for me. Did a great job in a reasonable time, so I could gift my husband with his family clock working again for xmas. Definitely recommend

Purchased a Herman Miller Stewart model grandfather clock but due to a family illness followed by needing to fix termite-damaged beam and subfloor right below where the clock would go, had to delay delivery for over a year. Mr Talley was very gracious and patient while these things worked themselves out and we could finally take delivery. When they delivered and set up they were careful and thorough. Have had the clock running for over a year now and very pleased with the purchase and the service from Clocks Unlimited and Mr. Talley.

It is with some regret that we post this rating regarding Clocks Unlimited and Drew Tally of North Hampton, NH. We were simply going to put our experience with Drew in the past until reading his attack on Meg accusing her of trying to harm his business. We know that he may very well respond to this review similarly. However, because we did and will continue to act in a businesslike manner, we will take that chance and report here ONLY the FACTS supporting our recommendation that you should take your clock with a windup mechanism to someone else for repair. Have done business with this company on several occasions, have been satisfied with all aspects of these transactions. Had all questions answered professionally, prices were very competitive. For a one person operation this is first rate. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for this type of product.
