Be prepared... only 8 more months and all 3 of our clocks will be ready. Wonderful place! Absolutely enchanting to hear hundreds and hundreds of clocks ticking, just out of unison. They say, "patience is a virtue," and , "good things come to those who wait." I sure hope so! I hope it isn't too crazy expensive!

Excellent knowledge and service. They have serviced five old clocks for us did an excellent job .
Website says nothing about not repairing clockes that use batteries. Took my clock in and they turned us away stating they dont work on those clockes that use batteries. Its an older tabletop clock, not digital or modern yet they still turned us away. Came pretty far out of our way to stop by. Their website should be more specific. Also, the air/attitude of the fella that greeted us was very aloof, almost snobbish. Not recommended for anyone interested in actually being treated like a human being.
