Let me start by saying Taylor and his team are super nice, and I appreciate the honesty and explanations. It's just seems like they charge a lot. $736.93 for a single rear wheel bearing (including $160 diagnostic when I went in and said "I have a bad bearing"), seems like a lot. The bearing was making a high pitched squealing after install. I sent a video, and they apologized and said come back, but I don't have time to keep taking my car back, nor do I want to keep paying for Lyft rides. I paid $160/hr for Labor, and it seems like my time is worth nothing. The noise went away after 3 days. Hopefully it was just some leftover dust. I called a...
