In late Nov 2021, we called upon Master Tech to investigate a water leak in our driveway. With short notice they came and evaluated the problem in the alley of our townhome complex. They brought equipment and set to work repairing the water input line. As they worked, bigger problems arose and they professionally handled the situation, bringing in more piping needed. The entire project was completed with water restored to service for all townhomes involved. We were kept informed as the project progressed. We will be using these folks again for our next project. I didn’t really want a new air conditioner but I also wanted peace of mind that I wouldn’t need to keep having repairs done. Alex set me up with a new unit by Carrier and it’s working like a charm, it’s finally cool in my house again!
