Clean Tech

The worker was very knowledgeable, prepared to do the job and professional. He was able to remove all the stains and dog smell from our carpet. Also of great importance, I dropped a diamond earring on the floor and didn't pick it up as I was running behind my toddler. I didn't remember until after my carpet had been cleaned. I called after hours to report my mistake of leaving it on the floor. I made contact with headquarters who contacted the local technician after hours who responded promptly and check his equipment and found my earring!!!!! Used for a move in clean. I provided my credit card information to the administrative assistant. I never received an invoice, and I guess she never charged the card. I was contacted 10 months later for the bill and told that she didn’t charge a lot of people so the VP of Business Development was calling everyone after she left so they could get paid. I paid, but this is bad business practice. Would not recommend.

I was charged $150 for what I believed was the company was coming to see if there was anything they could do and an estimate. Then disputing the charge got me in contact with Derrik, who was extremely RUDE in all our dealings. I ended up paying $75 and at his insistence agreed to mention this generosity and sensitivity to my financial plight in the bad reviews I planned to leave. A friend owns a house in Bismarck and wasn’t charged for the exact same service. I couldn’t give zero stars, so the one star is for the personable employee (no longer working there) who came to my house.

I had a fire at my office and in a panic I called Clean Tech. They were at my facility within the hour to put air purifiers in and assess the damages. I didn’t realize they were a “one stop shop” company. They not only deal with clean up of damages (water, fire, etc) but they also have their own mitigation and reconstruction team. Everyone on all the different teams were very friendly and accommodating to my needs of keeping my business functioning during every phase of the project. Came out very promptly when our basement flooded. They got to work immediately. Great communication, friendly, and seemed to genuinely care.
