I had such a great experience! The team paid incredible attention to detail and did an amazing job with both the carpets and the pet-care areas. They were fast, efficient, and so easy to work with. I also absolutely love that it’s an all-women crew — there’s just something so comforting about having women in your home. I highly recommend !
Paid $230 for carpet cleaning for 3 bedrooms and carpeted stairs in a new place we were about to move into. Our own carpet cleaner did a better job than their professional equipment. We tested a small 3x4 ft area near a closet at the top of the stairs after their services and as you can see, the floors are still gross. 🤮 they spend 50 mins for the whole place and left our carpets so soaked that we had to ask them to come back with fans after the 6 hours they said it would take to dry. I wouldn’t recommend them or ask them to come back.
Clean Steam Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job! Amber showed up right on schedule and was fantastic—friendly, professional, and thorough. All of our carpets and rugs were deeply cleaned and left looking and smelling fresh. I’d highly recommend Clean Steam Carpet Cleaning to friends and family!
As always, amazing service cleaned my carpet and was able to get the burn stain out. Stairs were completely stained and they got all the stains out! Would highly recommend
Karlee came out today and did an amazing job! Our carpet was PAST DUE for a cleaning and had heavily soiled areas and had difficult to clean pet stains. She worked very hard to do her best to make our carpet look great! Wow, what a difference her work made! Just look at this couch—yes you can see where she cleaned! She also cleaned a rug that other carpet folk refused to touch because they might damage it. But Karlee was confident she could clean it and it turned out great. In addition, she was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed having her in my home and believe her attention to detail and expertise made a great improvement in the cleanliness... Karlee came out today and did an amazing job! Our carpet was PAST DUE for a cleaning and had heavily soiled areas and had difficult to clean pet stains.
