I've used Clean Green Carpet Cleaning several times. They are always professional and do a great job. This most recent service I had the air vents cleaned for the first time ever. Curtis found socks, legos, balls, and a working calculator (all from a previous owner of the property). They also did our carpet and got out a big soda stain that had been there under the couch for a while.
But that's not all. By having the services completed, I have my life back! You see I have been struggling with health issues for a long time. This most recent episode was gut and sleep issues, fatigue, and upper respiratory congestion all the time. That afternoo...I've used Clean Green Carpet Cleaning several times. This most recent episode was gut and sleep issues, fatigue, and upper respiratory congestion all the time. That afternoon I started to feel energy creep back into my body. The next morning I was able to take the deepest breath I had taken in a long time as I wasn't congested and my airway was finally clear. For years I have felt like I couldn't get enough oxygen and my body was starving, just never able to take a deep energizing breath.
Now a few days later, I have more energy than I've had in a long time (and on less sleep). I am feeling rested in the mornings and my body is now able to digest higher fiber foods better. I don't want to bore you with all the details here in this review....
BUT - If you do nothing else, to help you feel better day to day, get your vents and carpets/floors cleaned in ALL your spaces (home, office, work, etc.) and by Clean Green-- of course. You'll be glad you did!

Clean Clean, how could you LIE so blatantly, yet assert it as truth to try and get out of fixing your mistake?! Your assertion is the farthest thing from the truth! Our cats are not even allowed in that room. And all of these soapy stains on my carpet are soap that has wicked back up from your large soap spill. They most definitely are not cat urine. Your very statement is an attempt on your part to deceive Google Review readers. I can't believe your dishonesty! That is intensely concerning.
Of course your attempts to clean up your large soap spill would be free of charge.

You say your technician bought the "exact same padding," yet it is visually and physically obvious that the two paddings are different. Your company needs to please right this wrong.
Please use your insurance and pay for the replacement of my carpet and padding that you ruined. It is the right, and honest, thing to do.

Clean Green Carpet Cleaning RUINED my carpet, yet will not replace it!!!! Their technician spilled a BIG puddle of soap on my carpet, which has since resulted in gross, soapy, brownish-orange stains throughout 3/4 of the room (the soap spread during their multiple attempts to wash it out). Eventually, they had me remove all items from my room and a technician pulled the carpet back. The carpet and pad were both completely filled with soap, plus there was water staining on the OSB subflooring from their many attempts to wash out the soap. The technician removed the soap-drenched padding in one half of the room, but left the other half which was partially soap laden (because he said it would be too difficult to replace it, as that part of the room dealt with a closet). I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw that he then intended to replace the padding he had removed with a piecemeal collection of oddly shaped padding scraps, all of different types, heights, and densities! I said, "No way!" Even so, he tried REALLY hard to convince me that it would be just fine to use all of these different types of paddings underneath my carpet. But, I stood my ground and he finally called his boss and got approval to go over to Home Depot and buy a single piece of new padding, but for only half my room. Supposedly it was the same height and density as the padding in the other half of my room, but it was not, and now I have a very noticeable line straight down the middle of my room between my old padding and the new padding. (My old padding is also much nicer to walk/sit on.) Additionally, a ripple was created in my carpet when he reinstalled it. The technician had been thinking that after the padding was switched out, that the remaining soap in the carpet would wash out. It didn't. There was so much soap residue still in the carpet, that even after two subsequent cleanings, those stains, as described, still wicked back up to the surface as it dried, to varying spots every time they "cleaned" the carpet. I'm starting to think that their carpet cleaner doesn't actually suck or "Clean" anything out of the carpet, it just spreads things around! Please do not even THINK of using "Clean" Green Carpet Cleaning!!!!! My carpet is not only DIRTIER now, but is covered with unsightly brownish-orange patches! The spilling of the soap was on July 10th, 2025. I have had my room torn apart since October 9th. It is now December 2nd, 2025. I have requested multiple times that my carpet be replaced, yet their management will not get in contact with me, even though their sweet and wonderful secretary, Valerie, continues to forward all my requests and photographs to them. I even found replacement carpet, figured out the exact cost, shared with them a bank routing number and account number into which they can deposit the money, and still, nothing. I really don't want for you to have to go through this misery. Run the other direction and save yourself a lot of grief! Do NOT use Clean Green Carpet Cleaning!!!!!

DeShawn was great and very professional. He sent me a message that he was ahead of schedule and confirmed that he could show up early. He cleaned all 5 rooms and the 2 hallways quickly and put up some things to protect the corners and walls beforehand. The carpets turned out beautifully and smelled great.
