Don't know about the negative reviews, these guys did a great job on my hardwood floor. My old pine hardwood floors were cracking a bit. The first contractor I spoke with recommended putting a new floor on top of the old one, and would guarantee that would fix anything. Someone recommended these guys, they came in and actually, you know, replaced the old boards with new ones and finished them so that they're indistinguishable from the old ones. Floor is like new, very pleased.

Guys sleeping on the job. Took forever to come to a conclusion about an order. Just walked out. Terrible customer service
