We had a variety of issues that needed to be resolved. Toilet replacement, faucet replacements, and blocked drains causing condensate backup. Clarke Kent was prompt and provided the notice I needed to meet the plumber. Our kitchen faucet wouldn't work after replacement and the plumber, Zach, was personable, hardworking and generally wonderful. He was incredibly persistent at solving the problem, which turned out to be caused by hard water deposits that had broken loose. He called his workmates repeatedly to get new ideas to fix a seemingly impossible issue and saved me a return visit and the cost of another faucet.

My drain line was clogged, and Daniel Machuca was there the very next morning at 9. He was quick, thorough, and explained exactly what the issues were, and gave me tips on how to keep the lines clean for longer in the future. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend! Daniel was professional, diligent, and cheerful. He worked so hard on my difficult plumbing issue that involved going through the slab foundation and digging 6 feet down to fix the crack in my ancient toilet line. It was such a difficult job made even more difficult by the downpouring rain that week. I'm grateful for his perseverance. Tony worked with him on the end of the job and another guy on the beginning.
