I live 40 minutes from here but found my local vacuum shops overcharging and less interested in affordable repairs than upselling me a new unit. My mother thought her vacuum was broken for good and went in to see what Clark Vacuum can do. It turns out that it was just a hose issue which they gladly fixed for us, and refused to charge. It was extremely nice of them. It made us a customer for life.
I brought in a vacuum that worked, but I dropped a roller, and it would not replace as it did before, (I broke a piece off). Bob, the owner told me the vacuum was fine without it, AND IT WAS! He didn’t charge me for the service, an extremely nice gesture I certainly wasn’t expecting! I have been to the shop several times prior and have always had exemplary service. Don’t hesitate to visit this business, this is an extremely HONEST, and superior establishment.

My Kenmore Intuition 6- month old vacuum had motor repair, due to normal daily vacuuming, which unexpectedly included sucking up a sock - resulting in low suction that led to the start of motor damage. Dropped off the vacuum and it was inspected immediately. I received a followup call and approved the repair/cost - that was reasonably priced. The vacuum was repaired for pickup the same day.
