“We recently had Jeff come out to service our fireplace. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, quickly resolving the issues and getting everything back in working order. Friendly, professional, and reliable—highly recommended.”
Had Jeff over to replace a broken fireplace remote on a Lennox gas log and perform a long overdue routine service/cleaning. Jeff did a great, professional job; explained everything in detail and we are very satisfied with the work completed. Unhesitatingly recommend!
I don't have any complaints about the quality of Mr. Bybee's work, however I was surprised by the amount of the bill which included a $60 Trip Charge (he came from Bellevue to Papillion, his office to my house is 7.3miles). Recommend shopping around to see if Trip Charges are included should you find your fireplace in need of service.
He was very punctual and friendly. He removed his shoes and set up to protect our carpeting. He was very knowledgeable about our Montego propane fireplace and explained everything as he did the repair. We will definitely call CKB Fireplace Services should any other needs come up.
Jeff Bybee, runs an outstanding business. He responded promptly to my text requesting a quote and quickly scheduled a convenient date and time. When he arrived, Jeff was courteous, professional, and careful to keep things clean—laying down tarps and taking steps to protect my carpet before starting any work. Throughout the process, Jeff took the time to explain what he was doing, point out potential issues, and educate me on how to properly operate and maintain my fireplace. His depth of knowledge and attention to detail immediately gave me confidence in both his skills and the quality of his work. If you want someone who treats your fireplac...
