The CJ Bass team is phenomenal. Used them many times and they always deliver. This particular time they came to install a faucet and I asked them to look at 2 other problems. No problem!! All 2 items done efficiently and friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
This was the first time we had called upon CJ Bass for our plumbing needs. The technician, Michael, informed us prior to his arrival as to what time to expect him. Once at our home, he was able to assess the situation and quickly went about completing the repair. The cost of the services provided seemed in-line with other estimates. We cannot say enough good things about CJ Bass Plumbing. They were so courteous, and efficient. They came and did a pump out and did an amazing job digging stuff up and then making sure they covered it all back up like it was. They inspected everything letting us know everything was in working order. I recommend them for all of your plumbing needs! C J Bass Plumbing did an outstanding job for us. They sent out their technician, Antonio, to pump out a lift station, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Antonio was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get everything taken care of without any issues. The folks at CJ Bass are great. We had a pipe burst in our house and were fortunate to be home and got it shut off quickly. We left a late night message and they responded first thing the following morning. The crew was here before noon and quickly found and repaired the break without having to cut through any walls. Very pleased with the timely service and fair price. Highly recommended!
