Called in advance to verify they can repair tires (needed plug for nail sin tire), Told yes- so I headed there. Got there in less than 10 minutes Bay Doors were open, tires everywhere, not a person in sight. Called out. Could not actually find a door for 'customer' entry. Called the number again--> got voicemail. Had to go to another location. Fortunately, found another location 1 mile away on Conant. Got nail removed and tire plugged in 10 minutes.
