These folks call themselves Muslim yet they are scamming the customers with their faulty products. Please stay as far away from this place as possible do not take your phone in for repair. They will try to get you to purchase another screen after you already spent 200 dollar one I went in to get my phone screen replaced in the 1st of August, 2 hr later my screen start glitching, freezing, over heating etc . I was at work at the time , so I return the next day the guy told me to come back because he wasn’t the one who had replace the screen, I did on the 3rd of August and the guy in their tried to get me to purchase another screen for an issue...These folks call themselves Muslim yet they are scamming the customers with their faulty products. Please take your phone to Best Buy ,Apple or contact you carrier to have it replace. They do not respect us , they only see the dollar sign…. I wonder how Allah feels about their shady business practices…. I have reported their business actions to the US Attorney’s General office Consumer protection offices and the BBB… I might not get my phone fixed nor money back, but I will not rest until their business is exposed and out of our neighborhoods!!!!

They fixed the screen in 15 minutes. Word of warning, negotiate the price, they originally quoted me at 150 for an iPhone 15 screen, got it down to 85. Save yourself money and don’t pay more than 90.

I had a screen replacement done here and shortly after the repair my phone began experiencing intermittent black screen issues. The device remains powered on and vibrates, but the display cuts out randomly. The issue did not occur prior to the repair. I returned to ask for it to be rechecked, as the problem started immediately after the service. I would recommend making sure any post-repair issues are clearly addressed before leaving the store.

The long story:
I walked in here at 5PM on a weekday with a broken screen. The phone and screen turned on, but the touch wouldn't work, so I couldn't unlock the phone to transfer my data to a new device. As I was trying to explain to the person behind the counter that I wanted to know if it would be more economical to replace the screen or if there was a way to pull the data out, it was very clear he was not listening to me and kept repeating that my "data was safe" and they "wouldn't touch my data...If this is as far as you read, the long-story-short is that the person I dealt with was boldly racist against Black folks. Whatever, I gave up and asked about replacing the screen.
He tells me the cost, I okay it, and pay. He opens the phone up. Things go off the rails here because as I'm getting ready to leave (I was told it would be 30-40 minutes), the guy says, "I'm giving you the better option because the aftermarket is so much cheaper and you don't want to pay that much. I'm telling you this because I don't like Black people, but I like you." EXCUSE ME? Being a white woman, people get the idea that they can say things to you expecting you to agree.
I was so shocked that I walked out. Wish I would've told him to forget it and refunded my money.
I came back almost an hour later and it still wasn't fixed. Apparently the replacement parts were also broken and they were trying to get different ones from other stores in the area. I tell the guy that I'm coming back tomorrow because I can't wait and he has the gall to say, "No problem, I know you, you know me, it'll be ready for you tomorrow." Ew.
Came back the next day, finally get the phone and confirm that the screen is working, and tell him off over what he said the day before. He just smirked at me the whole time. I leave and don't realize until I'm home that this guy left my SIM card tray out when he gave me back the phone, so my partner had to go back and get it from him.
Since then, I've noticed that the screen doesn't always act quite right and weirdly my cell service seems spottier, but I'm mostly just mad at myself for letting a racist freak hold onto my phone.
Technically my screen is fixed, but not before dealing with all of this. Could not pay me to come back here and give them any more money than I already unfortunately did.
