I can't believe that I've lived in the area for the better part of 50 years and never came to City Glass! I needed new glass in one window and about 8 new screens made. (I've tried doing it myself before and... Just no)They made new frames and they look so good! The window felt heavier than the other ones I have so I asked the very friendly woman, who was in an office why that might be and she said that, when possible, the use tempered glass, which is stronger. The fellow at the counter was also super.

Dropped off a small diorama to have a piece of glass cut for the front. Was quoted only $5 and blown away at how affordable that is for something that requires skill and knowledge to work with. (Do you know how to cut glass? I sure don't!) Picked up the diorama today with the new glass piece and the gentleman says "No charge! Didn't take any time at all to whip that up!" I think I just stood there for a moment like an idiot while my brain recalibrated. I cannot say enough GREAT things about City Glass. They are highly recommended!! Jeff has been such a pleasure to work with and a breath of fresh air!! He is timely in his responses and has such a positive energy and is a joy to speak to! Trust that should there be any hiccups, Jeff will absolutely make it right. The installers have been to our house several times and have always been clean, personable and professional! We have contacted them for another job and I am sure we will have the same excellent experience! Keep up the great business!!
