City Glass Company

Once again we are very pleased with our shower glass from City Glass. The process was very smooth, the staff were all professional and the result is beautiful!

The City Glass overall experience was mostly great. We had them come out to replace several window panes in windows that had broken seals. The measurement guy took accurate measurements that made it easy on the installers, and the installers were courteous, quick, and professional. The only downside was the office/admin side. Despite the number of times we asked them to call me, they continued to call my wife with any questions or updates, and just failed to communicate proactively on a few occasions. I'd happily use them again, but just would be aware that communication is my job to intiate.

City Glass was great installing our glass shower door! They came in for measurement which was fast and efficient. The installers were there within a week and done in ~2 hours.

The whole team was awesome. I completely remodeled my master bathroom and had the team measure and install a 50x50 Neo shower enclosure. It looks terrific!
