I can’t say enough about my experience at City Clock. The service was unbelievable from start to finish. I was looking for a Cuckoo Clock for my wife for Christmas. I didn’t know the first thing about them. She took the time to explain everything about them to me. Once I decided one she was very helpful on telling me how to set it up also. She also beautifully wrapped it for me. My wife was very happy when she opened it up. We will definitely be back. Great service! Great Clocks!

We can not say enough about our experience with City Clock Company. (Little back story).... My husband and I obtained a very old grandfather clock from the estate of his parents. It was a wedding present that was a showpiece in the 1850's home that they owned. The clock had not worked in the 30 years that we have been married. However, this clock was always in the home that he grew up in. We knew it was old and we so wanted to get it working again. So we took it to a clock repair in Omaha. This is the only place that I will let work on my family's 135 year old Grandfather clock. They are precise and honest craftspeople, who do excellent work. Their commitment to perfection in all the work they do is the reason I drive 6 hours to have them ensure my clock always keeps perfect time.

City Clock Company provides great customer service. My father has been sending clocks here from CB for several years. They take exceptional care of his clocks at what I consider a very reasonable price for the work that they do. I highly recommend them for any of your clock repair needs.

Lovely store with owners full of tips to help with repairing clocks ⏰️ and keep them running. Deep cleaned our grandfather clock - one of the few stores that could do that.
