Carstar did excellent work repairing my Edge after getting rear ended. They kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle and it now looks good as new. Their detailer did amazing work as well. I don't think my vehicle was that clean even when I bought it.
Work was done great, our truck looks like it had never hit a deer and is in perfect condition again. Great communication with us for answering our questions or just keeping us in the loop. Al and Bryce took great care of us through the whole process, I highly recommend this shop for any issues you may run into in the future. They have a great warranty on their work as well which we also love!
The reception area was spotless! Al was very efficient and friendly. My car was being repaired because of collision with a deer. My repair was timely and looks terrific!! They kept me updated for repair completion. I was recommended to Carstar by a neighbor and I now recommend them to all.
I am the designated go to for my single parent granddaughter for things. Her 2 year old son rides in the car seat. The recent weather caused her driver side window to fail and stay open. The cold temp made it unsafe to drive. I took it to City Car Star early afternoon Thursday Dec 4 , got an estimate, and an appointment for Friday Dec 5 at 8 am. Picked it up about 1pm Friday. Delivered it to my Granddaughter and I am a hero. The price was surprisingly low. Owner Mike Buggs and his people are truly exceptional service people and with old fashioned kindness with service being important. I am a customer forever and my Great Grandsons’s face won’...
