I was in need of a belt for my Bissell shampoo machine. I had called 1st to make sure they had one before going. I get to the place and the lady that assisted me was very unacknowledged about anything. She assured me that the belt would work, but was not too sure on it! I believe if you are going to try and upgrade selling products for a store you are employed with, PLEASE know what the heck you are doing . She had no idea what was going on! I gave a 1 🌟 due to no information helped me at all!!!!

Fantastic service! Very polite and respectful. Got a Riccar vacuum that I take in for the free servicing that comes with the vacuum and they get it done quick and it always works! Couldn't be more pleased with this mom and pop shop.
