I did not want to buy another laptop, when mine was on the verge of going to the laptop cemetery! It was crashing, lagging, take hours to come on so I can do something, recovery system kept popping up, etc. I was furious!!! Until I looked up laptop repair and found this business owned by Richard. Thanks to him, I have a brand new laptop and didn't have to buy a new one from the store. Unbelievable!!! Normally, I will go spend over $400 for a new laptop when it dies; but not this time!!! Mr Richard is the go to for laptops and other computer repairs! He was very quick to respond, thorough, and very professional. He explained all his work that was done with my Chromebook. He was very patient and kind to answer all my questions and made sure I understood. Even after getting my Chromebook back he checked on me to see if everything was to my liking with my Chromebook! Richard is extremely good at what he does and an even nicer person. I was panicking about my laptop's GPU fan not spinning anymore, not being able to open my case due to stripped screws and I had cracked my case. He fixed it all super quickly!
