I was in town for only a couple of days on business when I accidentally misfueled my car. The situation was stressful since the truck needed a full service and fuel system cleaning, and on top of that I was paying for a hotel and a car rental.
Chuy stepped in and truly saved the day. He was patient, professional, and extremely supportive throughout the process. He took on the job quickly, explained everything clearly, and went the extra mile to make sure the truck was back to normal.
I really appreciate his professionalism and calm approach—it made a big difference in what could have been a very stressful situation. Took my Acadia to have the whole timing redone. Bought the parts. Took 5 months to get it back. Still was running weird and a little clicking and it wouldn’t accelerate sometimes and would stink of gas so we kept taking it back. He said the computer said it was fine. Tried to drive it out of town and it misfired and broke down. Took it back he cleared the codes after cleaning MAF sensor. Car stopped working. He came by and said it was 2 other sensors. We replaced those and it still wouldn’t work and other sensors. Had another mechanic come by and he said everything else was good so it’s the Timing we spent thousands of dollars on. I’ll take this down if he does the right thing.
