My new roof is awesome. The entire experience was fantastic. The crew was great and after the roof went on… I couldn’t tell anyone had ever been to my house.

If I could leave negative stars I would…Communication wasn’t that great at all, the shingles were delivered without notification to plan accordingly. When I texted the owner he called me & said he didn’t know they were being delivered that day. I had to text him to ask when they will be starting on my roof & when the dumpster was being delivered, something he should have already notified me about before hand…I just shrugged it off because people are human & forget things or delivery gets messed up but looking back on it now, a true professional would have had a plan & a schedule on how the roofing process will go & notify the customer as the... I had to text him to ask when they will be starting on my roof & when the dumpster was being delivered, something he should have already notified me about before hand…I just shrugged it off because people are human & forget things or delivery gets messed up but looking back on it now, a true professional would have had a plan & a schedule on how the roofing process will go & notify the customer as the process happens. They crushed my gutter, they tore my garage screens, I believe there may be a crack in my new skylight (that’s pending on inspection). The caulk above my bay window looks like a 2 year old put it on. When I complained to the owner he told me my gutter would be replaced Monday 5/11/26, still not replaced. After the roof was done the owner immediately took the cashiers check & asked me to do a google review & I did but I had to go back to change my first review because I didn’t even inspect anything before I wrote it thinking everything was good ..WRONG- I asked the owner to text me to let me know when they will be coming to do the repairs & of course no communication they just came. Anyway, when his guy showed up unannounced while I was at work, my adult son was leaving for work & I informed them that they’ll have to come when I get home to repair the screens they tore because according to them they needed to get in my garage (so they said for some reason) but some how they repaired the screens without going in my garage, I don’t know these people to just let them on my property or in my garage while no adult is home , so my ring camera picked his guys trespassing onto my property the same day after no one is home , unannounced & NOT authorized, into my backyard to repair my screens. They used my bistro set chair to stand on, (for ladder use) leaving mud on the chair & my patio, the extra screen was left on my patio (not nicely put) , they left my gate unlocked (I have 2 dogs) and they left my water running from them using it to clean all the black spots off my garage the shingles left when they threw them down. I didn’t get home from work until 6:30 pm so water was running for a few hours & everyone knows how high water bills are. I feel like they disrespected my property & my wright as a property owner, I do not recommend using this company & as a new homeowner I should have not trusted this company to professionally do my roof . I have the photos, texts & video to back everything up I’m writing..Yes, I thought I was getting a fair price & had some faith in this company. I truly learned my lesson with this one to get true recommendations from other customers before putting my trust in any company….as the old saying goes “ you get what you pay for “😠
