Christian Brothers has helped us out multiple times throughout the years. I don’t ever shop around because they are so reliable and easy to work with. From online booking, to friendly staff, and quick and reliable service, it’s a lifesaver when you’re in a pinch with a car trouble. Also, they are very communicative with texting, calling, and providing a detailed report. Definitely my go-to in town
Never fun to take a vehicle in for an oil change and an inspection and wind up paying $1500, but I figured it needed some work. My sense is that the recommended service was reasonable and the system they use makes it very easy to pick and choose what actually gets done. Ended up having the brake lines flushed, front brake pads and rotors replaced, front shocks replaced, as well as the oil change. Definitely handles better now. The shuttle service was a very nice touch. The price was on the high side, especially for the shocks. They refused to turn the rotors and insisted on installing new ones. Over all my onion is not great because I scheduled an appointment for 1:00pm. They did not pull my vehicle in until about 4:00pm. Why would you allow someone to make an appointment and plan their day around that to keep the vehicle for 4 hours when it should have been close to a maybe 30 minute job. All I needed was an oil change. Also again appointment made for 1:00pm, and when I got there I was informed that from 1:00pm to 2:00pm is when all the techs take their lunches. Again why would you let someone make an appointment at those times. I would like to add the customer service was good, but no point in making an appointment to keep my veh... These guys are AWESOME! Exceptionally wonderful service. Professional, super nice, and were especially accomodating to my frantic situation where I ran into car trouble while driving across the country, and was on very limited time. I can't thank these guys enough, seriously. Also, the facility itself is so nice. Not what you'd expect from an automotive place. Comfy living room-style waiting area. Shuttle driver ready to take you where you need to go. Nice bathroom with a baby changing station-- WHAT? If you're gonna break down and need help somewhere near Amarillo, don't ask questions, just go straight to these guys.
I don't leave reviews until I've done business multiple times with a place. This way I know if their customer service is consistant. I have taken my cars here several times, each time was for a minor problem. Every experience has been honest. I believe the gentlemen who work here at the Amarillo location are honorable with integrity. It has been two weeks since I was last there. I have had no issues with past repairs or the repair recently made to my car. I will continue to trust my cars in their care. I hope everyone else as the same experiences I have had.
