Chosen Tires & 24 Hours Roadside Assistance

customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced in the car maintenance industry! My day was already going bad and tire issues while in rain was just the icing on top. He was very patient and helpful. He’s also super friendly. 10/10 recommend supporting this small black owned business!

I live in the neighborhood and have been to this shop several times and have recommended it to friends. However Monday night Serigne Saliou Cisse sold me a tire with nails in it. I didn’t notice until I got home. That tire was on my spare wheel and I made plans to come back Friday to have the new tire I ordered put in my wheel because Serigne Saliou Cisse said he would be working. So I waited until Friday to have the new tire put in and told Mr. Serigne about the spare tire he sold me and that it had nails. He denied it and said that I must have gotten 3 nails in the tire while driving home Monday night (1.5 miles) Needles to say his refusal... Read full review

PLEASE DONT GO HERE !!!! These ppl charged me $25 to patch up a nail but ddnt tell me the nail was too big air begun to go back out a hour later went back to them then he says tire no good I have a good tire for u !!! Instead of just being honest telling me the tire was bad from the jump !!!! DO NOTTT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I got a large nail in my tire around the corner from this shop so this was my closest option. He offered a plug but then said the nail was too big and it needed to be patched, which was $35. After the "service" was complete, my car shook so bad if I went over 60 and my tire pressure was no longer able to be detected by my car's system. Head to the dealer the next day just to find out that the guy broke my tire pressure sensor on the tire he patched and the wheel now also needed balancing. Don't waste your money here, I ended up paying a lot more by choosing to patronize this business.
