Very disappointed how a recent transactions was handled. Ive been a watch collector for decades and have been bringing watches there for a few years.
I had brought 3 watches in for battery changes and had the work done and paid and left..
Two months later all three watches stopped working. I went back with my receipt and told the owner my situation and to my surprise he was argumentative out of the gate..
It's was disappointing. Not only did I have to pay for another new battery but one of the other watches that he previously fixed. Said he couldn't open and this was a watch I bought a new band for also.

I walked in Choi's watch & jewelry repair and Jimmy helped me right away answering questions I had about a repair to my necklace chain. It was a simple solder repair and Jimmy soldered the necklace where needed on the spot! I was in the store for only 5 minutes! Jimmy provided great customer service and I really appreciated his help with fixing my necklace. The prices for repair and custom jewelry are very affordable. Repair costs start at $30, and I saw beautiful nameplate necklace designs at $200.
If I am getting a nameplate as a gift or need any other jewelry repaired, this will be my go-to shop.

Ive been turned away from multiple jewelers because they didn't have the right tools to fix my wedding and engagement ring. One place said they'd have to send it away for 6 weeks. Choi's not only fixed it perfectly, but the price was reasonable and I got my rings back clean and same day! I will only go here now.
