We had a great experience with Chimney Works, especially with their employee Jeremy Woods. He was very nice, very clean, and took the time to really listen to our concerns. Jeremy tried to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue and explored options to resolve it, which we truly appreciated. His professionalism and attention to detail stood out. We would definitely recommend their service to anyone in need of chimney inspections or fireplace work.

Chimney-Works demonstrated professionalism and technical skills during all phases of this process. John came out immediately, took full responsibility for the clean up and worked with us to address our concerns. Exactly what you would expect from a company where customer satisfaction matters. I strongly recommend Chimney-Works to anyone seriously considering c...

They did not clean my chimney and have me a report that said I couldn't use my chimney till I had close to $7000 work done on it. I had a second company come out and they did a full inspection and provided tons of pictures showing my chimney was not cleaned, would have to be cleaned to do repairs. they also said I shouldn't have failed the inspection, but this company seems to do so to push you into expensive repairs. They also left the place around my fire place a mess. I called and emailed several times, but no ma...
