I've been a loyal client for years, and my chimney is always left spotless and in top condition. They deserve praise for their attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
They came out for a chimney sweep before the holidays. Very professional, left no mess, and even pointed out a few minor cracks to keep an eye on. I appreciate the honesty, no pressure to fix anything that didn’t need it.
Technician/owner was prompt and scheduling was relatively simple, though contact through the website didn't work. The technician was friendly, but I didn't like that I was verbally quoted $2,200 and then was immediately followed by, $1,800 if I paid in cash. I felt like that was a little manipulative to make me think I was getting a deal for paying cash. I originally reached out to get a quote online, but you don’t really get a cost until they show up. I just needed to get the sweep done at this point, but I feel like I probably over-paid. My services included sweep of two chimneys, sealing of chimney crown, and installation of a simple chimn... The cost totaled to $1,000 cash, with the material cost being the cap ($70 online) and some of the chimney sealer. This means I paid over $400/hr for labor, yikes! I like supporting small businesses, but I wish I had put in the effort to get a quote from other options. I'm opting to install the other cap (damper style) myself since the quote provided was $700-800 cash. I should have been more thorough in my research. I think some of the reviews here may be fake on Google, several users have provided 5 star reviews at the same few businesses.
