Mike and his crew were great to work with, and I really appreciated Michael’s responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help when my fireplace issues came up. His crew is friendly, experienced, and they care about their customers. The work done seems as though it was done well and they provided after photos and explained what they did thoroughly which I greatly appreciated.
Mike came by to show me how everything works with my new damper and showed me how to start a fire and walked me through the process.

I managed to disconnect the stove pipe and clear the blockage, but when it came time to reconnect everything… disaster. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t get the pipe properly aligned and sealed again without a second pair of hands.
I called Chimney MD in a bit of a panic on a Monday afternoon. Mike answered, listened patiently to my self-inflicted predicament, and even though he was short-staffed that day, he made it happen. Within a couple of hours, two of his technicians arrived – polite, friendly, and incredibly skilled. They had the pipe realigned, sealed, and working perfectly in about 45 minutes. And then the best part: when I asked about the bill, Mike said there was no charge at all! They just wanted to make sure I was safe and warm.
