Mike was on time, polite, and explained what he was doing as he cleaned and serviced our gas fireplace. He got everything working well again and sent pictures showing where the issues were and let us know what to expect in the future. It was an excellent experience and we will definitely call on Chimney and Fireplace Solutions again. Thanks!
Chimney & Fireplace Solutions was maybe the fourth or fifth company I contacted trying to get help with my gas logs. The first guy from another place quoted me around $3k to replace the whole thing; other companies either didn't have availability for months, or told me to call the gas company first. Chimney and Fireplace took the time to actually listen to what was going on, and said it sounded like just a routine cleaning might be enough to diagnose the problem. Mike came out just a couple days later (bonus points for showing up exactly on time), and not only did he get the fireplace looking phenomenal, he found the source of my problem an... He also went above & beyond documenting some basic issues with my chimney -- but no hard sell tactic, just an offer to send an estimate. Would absolutely recommend them again!
Totally impressed and pleased with the service that Mike performed on my large gas fireplace. It had not been serviced for years and I now feel very safe running it. He explained how it worked and answered all my questions. I give a high recommendation for Chimney and Fireplace Solutions and feel so blessed to have found them .
