I had Chimcare come out to my rental in 98103 for a wood-burning fireplace. My tech, Jordan, was friendly and extremely patient with my dog. He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, worked efficiently, and gave a clear estimate of the time needed—totally in line with what he communicated. The firebox cleaning was completed in about 20-30 minutes and the area was left clean. He gave me the time frame in which a deep cleaning could be due (1-2 years). Very pleased and would recommend them.
